Important dates to remember:

• December 6, 2011: First trip payment of $300 is due
  
• January 10, 2012: 2nd trip payment of $250 is due
  
• February 7, 2012: Student information form due at Band Parent meeting. Form must be notarized. Notaries will be available at meeting, but both parents must be present to sign.
  
• March 26, 2012: Trip Information Meeting. All students going on trip must attend with one parent

Hello Mustang Band Family,

Happy to share the GREAT news, Mr. Morgan has given his stamp of approval to move forward with the April 2012 trip to Washington, D.C.!

This is truly terrific news and for those members who were lucky enough to travel to Quebec, they can certainly attest to what a wonderful experience a trip with the band is.

Traveling to Washington D.C. promises to be another memorable trip.

Now the fun and a lot of behind the scenes work begins.

As we have more information we will certainly share it, please bear with us as we iron out the details.

For now, as stated on the permission slip, please remember:

• $300.00 non-refundable deposit must be handed in for each traveling band member 
  
• Check payable to CHS MBPAI is due at Tuesday, December 6, 2011’s Band Parents Meeting
  

While all band members have not committed to attending the trip, as of today, 79 members have said YES, maybe the other 29 will have a change of heart.
